Isaiah 32:8

וְנָדִ֖יב נְדִיבֹ֣ות יָעָ֑ץ וְה֖וּא עַל־נְדִיבֹ֥ות יָקֽוּם׃ פ

But the noble devises noble things, and by noble things he shall stand.
