Isaiah 32:9

נָשִׁים֙ שַֽׁאֲנַנֹּ֔ות קֹ֖מְנָה שְׁמַ֣עְנָה קֹולִ֑י בָּנֹות֙ בֹּֽטחֹ֔ות הַאְזֵ֖נָּה אִמְרָתִֽי׃

Complacent women, rise up! Hear my voice! Confident daughters, give ear to my word!
