Isaiah 33:13

שִׁמְע֥וּ רְחֹוקִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֑יתִי וּדְע֥וּ קְרֹובִ֖ים גְּבֻרָתִֽי׃

Hear, you far ones, what I have done; and know, you near ones, My might.
