Isaiah 37:18

אָמְנָ֖ם יְהוָ֑ה הֶחֱרִ֜יבוּ מַלְכֵ֥י אַשּׁ֛וּר אֶת־כָּל־הָאֲרָצֹ֖ות וְאֶת־אַרְצָֽם׃

Truly, YHWH, the kings of Ashshur have laid waste all the lands and their land.
