Isaiah 37:23

אֶת־מִ֤י חֵרַ֨פְתָּ֙ וְגִדַּ֔פְתָּ וְעַל־מִ֖י הֲרִימֹ֣ותָה קֹּ֑ול וַתִּשָּׂ֥א מָרֹ֛ום עֵינֶ֖יךָ אֶל־קְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

“Whom have you reproached and blasphemed? And against whom have you raised a voice and lifted your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Yisraʾel.
