Isaiah 40:16

וּלְבָנֹ֕ון אֵ֥ין דֵּ֖י בָּעֵ֑ר וְחַיָּתֹ֔ו אֵ֥ין דֵּ֖י עֹולָֽה׃ ס

And Levanon is not sufficient for burning, nor its beasts sufficient for a burnt offering.
