Isaiah 40:17

כָּל־הַגֹּויִ֖ם כְּאַ֣יִן נֶגְדֹּ֑ו מֵאֶ֥פֶס וָתֹ֖הוּ נֶחְשְׁבוּ־לֹֽו׃

All the nations are as nothing before Him; from nothingness and emptiness they are reckoned to Him.
