Isaiah 40:5

וְנִגְלָ֖ה כְּבֹ֣וד יְהוָ֑ה וְרָא֤וּ כָל־בָּשָׂר֙ יַחְדָּ֔ו כִּ֛י פִּ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבֵּֽר׃ ס

And the glory of YHWH shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of YHWH has spoken.”
