Isaiah 42:18

הַחֵרְשִׁ֖ים שְׁמָ֑עוּ וְהַעִוְרִ֖ים הַבִּ֥יטוּ לִרְאֹֽות׃

Deaf ones, hear! And blind ones, look to see!
