Isaiah 42:20

רָאִיתָ רַבֹּ֖ות וְלֹ֣א תִשְׁמֹ֑ר פָּקֹ֥וחַ אָזְנַ֖יִם וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁמָֽע׃

You have seen many things, but you do not keep watch; ears opened, but he does not hear.
