Isaiah 42:21

יְהוָ֥ה חָפֵ֖ץ לְמַ֣עַן צִדְקֹ֑ו יַגְדִּ֥יל תֹּורָ֖ה וְיַאְדִּֽיר׃

YHWH desired for the sake of His righteousness to make great the Torah and make it glorious.
