Isaiah 44:2

כֹּה־אָמַ֨ר יְהוָ֥ה עֹשֶׂ֛ךָ וְיֹצֶרְךָ֥ מִבֶּ֖טֶן יַעְזְרֶ֑ךָּ אַל־תִּירָא֙ עַבְדִּ֣י יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב וִישֻׁר֖וּן בָּחַ֥רְתִּי בֹֽו׃

Thus said YHWH, your maker and your former from the womb, who helps you: “Do not fear, My servant Yaʿaqov, and Yeshurun whom I have chosen.”
