Isaiah 49:6

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר נָקֵ֨ל מִֽהְיֹותְךָ֥ לִי֙ עֶ֔בֶד לְהָקִים֙ אֶת־שִׁבְטֵ֣י יַעֲקֹ֔ב וּנְצִירֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לְהָשִׁ֑יב וּנְתַתִּ֨יךָ֙ לְאֹ֣ור גֹּויִ֔ם לִֽהְיֹ֥ות יְשׁוּעָתִ֖י עַד־קְצֵ֥ה הָאָֽרֶץ׃ ס

And He said, “It is too small a thing for you to be My servant to raise up the tribes of Yaʿaqov and to bring back the preserved of Yisraʾel; I will also give you as a light to the nations, to be My salvation to the end of the earth.”
