Isaiah 51:11

וּפְדוּיֵ֨י יְהוָ֜ה יְשׁוּב֗וּן וּבָ֤אוּ צִיֹּון֙ בְּרִנָּ֔ה וְשִׂמְחַ֥ת עֹולָ֖ם עַל־רֹאשָׁ֑ם שָׂשֹׂ֤ון וְשִׂמְחָה֙ יַשִּׂיג֔וּן נָ֖סוּ יָגֹ֥ון וַאֲנָחָֽה׃ ס

And the redeemed of YHWH shall return and come to Tsiyyon with singing, and everlasting joy shall be upon their head; gladness and joy shall overtake them, sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
