Isaiah 54:16

הן אָֽנֹכִי֙ בָּרָ֣אתִי חָרָ֔שׁ נֹפֵ֨חַ֙ בְּאֵ֣שׁ פֶּחָ֔ם וּמֹוצִ֥יא כְלִ֖י לְמַעֲשֵׂ֑הוּ וְאָנֹכִ֛י בָּרָ֥אתִי מַשְׁחִ֖ית לְחַבֵּֽל׃

Behold, I Myself have created the craftsman who blows the fire of coals and brings out a tool for his work, and I have created the destroyer to ruin.
