Isaiah 7:7

כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה לֹ֥א תָק֖וּם וְלֹ֥א תִֽהְיֶֽה׃

Thus says my Lord YHWH: “It shall not stand, and it shall not be.
