Judges 21:19

וַיֹּאמְר֡וּ הִנֵּה֩ חַג־יְהוָ֨ה בְּשִׁלֹ֜ו מִיָּמִ֣ים יָמִ֗ימָה אֲשֶׁ֞ר מִצְּפֹ֤ונָה לְבֵֽית־אֵל֙ מִזְרְחָ֣ה הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ לִמְסִלָּ֔ה הָעֹלָ֥ה מִבֵּֽית־אֵ֖ל שְׁכֶ֑מָה וּמִנֶּ֖גֶב לִלְבֹונָֽה׃

And they said, “Behold, there is a festival of YHWH in Shilo from year to year, which is north of Beit-ʾel, eastward of the sun, on the highway that goes up from Beit-ʾel to Shekhem, and southward to Levona.”
