Judges 5:2

בִּפְרֹ֤עַ פְּרָעֹות֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּהִתְנַדֵּ֖ב עָ֑ם בָּרֲכ֖וּ יְהוָֽה׃

“When leadership was loosened in Yisraʾel, when the people volunteered, bless YHWH!
