Joel 4:20 (Joel 3:20)

וִיהוּדָ֖ה לְעֹולָ֣ם תֵּשֵׁ֑ב וִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם לְדֹ֥ור וָדֹֽור׃

But Yehuda shall dwell forever, and Yerushalayim from generation to generation.
