Joel 4:21 (Joel 3:21)

וְנִקֵּ֖יתִי דָּמָ֣ם לֹֽא־נִקֵּ֑יתִי וַֽיהוָ֖ה שֹׁכֵ֥ן בְּצִיֹּֽון׃

And I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed; and YHWH dwells in Tsiyon.
