Jeremiah 11:9

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלָ֑י נִֽמְצָא־קֶ֨שֶׁר֙ בְּאִ֣ישׁ יְהוּדָ֔ה וּבְיֹשְׁבֵ֖י יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

And YHWH said to me, “A conspiracy has been found among the men of Yehudah and among the inhabitants of Yerushalayim.
