Jeremiah 18:9

וְרֶ֣גַע אֲדַבֵּ֔ר עַל־גֹּ֖וי וְעַל־מַמְלָכָ֑ה לִבְנֹ֖ת וְלִנְטֹֽעַ׃

And a moment I shall speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant.
