Jeremiah 24:9

וּנְתַתִּים֙ לְזוּעָה לְרָעָ֔ה לְכֹ֖ל מַמְלְכֹ֣ות הָאָ֑רֶץ לְחֶרְפָּ֤ה וּלְמָשָׁל֙ לִשְׁנִינָ֣ה וְלִקְלָלָ֔ה בְּכָל־הַמְּקֹמֹ֖ות אֲשֶֽׁר־אַדִּיחֵ֥ם שָֽׁם׃

And I will make them a horror, for evil, to all the kingdoms of the earth, an object of reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all the places where I will drive them.
