Jeremiah 25:20

וְאֵת֙ כָּל־הָעֶ֔רֶב וְאֵ֕ת כָּל־מַלְכֵ֖י אֶ֣רֶץ הָע֑וּץ וְאֵ֗ת כָּל־מַלְכֵי֙ אֶ֣רֶץ פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים וְאֶת־אַשְׁקְלֹ֤ון וְאֶת־עַזָּה֙ וְאֶת־עֶקְרֹ֔ון וְאֵ֖ת שְׁאֵרִ֥ית אַשְׁדֹּֽוד׃

and all the mixed people, and all the kings of the land of ʿUts, and all the kings of the land of the Pelishtim—and Ashqelon, and ʿAzza, and ʿEqron, and the remnant of Ashdod;
