Jeremiah 29:24

וְאֶל־שְׁמַעְיָ֥הוּ הַנֶּחֱלָמִ֖י תֹּאמַ֥ר לֵאמֹֽר׃

And to Shemaʿyahu the Neḥelami you shall speak, saying,
