Jeremiah 36:5

וַיְצַוֶּ֣ה יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ אֶת־בָּר֖וּךְ לֵאמֹ֑ר אֲנִ֣י עָצ֔וּר לֹ֣א אוּכַ֔ל לָבֹ֖וא בֵּ֥ית יְהוָֽה׃

And Yirmeyahu commanded Barukh, saying, “I am restrained; I cannot go into the house of YHWH.
