Jeremiah 44:20

וַיֹּאמֶר יִרְמְיָהוּ אֶל־כָּל־הָעָם עַל־הַגְּבָרִים וְעַל־הַנָּשִׁים וְעַל־כָּל־הָעָם הָעֹנִים אֹתוֹ דָּבָר לֵאמֹר׃

And Yirmeyahu said to all the people, upon the men and upon the women and upon all the people who were answering him a word, saying,
