Jeremiah 47:7

אֵ֣יךְ תִּשְׁקֹ֔טִי וַֽיהוָ֖ה צִוָּה־לָ֑הּ אֶֽל־אַשְׁקְלֹ֛ון וְאֶל־חֹ֥וף הַיָּ֖ם שָׁ֥ם יְעָדָֽהּ׃ ס

How can you be quiet, when YHWH has commanded her? Against Ashqelon and against the seacoast, there He has appointed her.”
