Joshua 18:6

וְאַתֶּ֞ם תִּכְתְּב֤וּ אֶת־הָאָ֨רֶץ֙ שִׁבְעָ֣ה חֲלָקִ֔ים וַֽהֲבֵאתֶ֥ם אֵלַ֖י הֵ֑נָּה וְיָרִ֨יתִי לָכֶ֤ם גֹּורָל֙ פֹּ֔ה לִפְנֵ֖י יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃

And you shall write down the land into seven portions and bring it to me here, and I shall cast lots for you here before YHWH our God.
