Leviticus 1:6

וְהִפְשִׁ֖יט אֶת־הָעֹלָ֑ה וְנִתַּ֥ח אֹתָ֖הּ לִנְתָחֶֽיהָ׃

And he shall skin the burnt offering and cut it into its pieces.
