Leviticus 4:19

וְאֵ֥ת כָּל־חֶלְבֹּ֖ו יָרִ֣ים מִמֶּ֑נּוּ וְהִקְטִ֖יר הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃

And he shall remove all its fat from it, and the priest shall burn it on the altar.
