Leviticus 4:34

וְלָקַ֨ח הַכֹּהֵ֜ן מִדַּ֤ם הַֽחַטָּאת֙ בְּאֶצְבָּעֹ֔ו וְנָתַ֕ן עַל־קַרְנֹ֖ת מִזְבַּ֣ח הָעֹלָ֑ה וְאֶת־כָּל־דָּמָ֣הּ יִשְׁפֹּ֔ךְ אֶל־יְסֹ֖וד הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃

And the priest shall take from the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and he shall pour out all its blood at the base of the altar.
