Leviticus 7:3

וְאֵ֥ת כָּל־חֶלְבֹּ֖ו יַקְרִ֣יב מִמֶּ֑נּוּ אֵ֚ת הָֽאַלְיָ֔ה וְאֶת־הַחֵ֖לֶב הַֽמְכַסֶּ֥ה אֶת־הַקֶּֽרֶב׃

And he shall bring all its fat from it, the fat tail and the fat covering the entrails.
