Nahum 1:7

טֹ֣וב יְהוָ֔ה לְמָעֹ֖וז בְּיֹ֣ום צָרָ֑ה וְיֹדֵ֖עַ חֹ֥סֵי בֹֽו׃

Good is YHWH, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and he knows those who take refuge in him.
