Numbers 13:31

וְהָ֨אֲנָשִׁ֜ים אֲשֶׁר־עָל֤וּ עִמֹּו֙ אָֽמְר֔וּ לֹ֥א נוּכַ֖ל לַעֲלֹ֣ות אֶל־הָעָ֑ם כִּֽי־חָזָ֥ק ה֖וּא מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃

But the men who went up with him said, “We cannot go up against the people, for they are stronger than us.”
