Numbers 13:30

וַיַּ֧הַס כָּלֵ֛ב אֶת־הָעָ֖ם אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיֹּ֗אמֶר עָלֹ֤ה נַעֲלֶה֙ וְיָרַ֣שְׁנוּ אֹתָ֔הּ כִּֽי־יָכֹ֥ול נוּכַ֖ל לָֽהּ׃

And Kalev quieted the people before Moshe and said, “Let us go up at once and possess it, for we are surely able to overcome it.”
