Numbers 2:5

וְהַחֹנִ֥ים עָלָ֖יו מַטֵּ֣ה יִשָּׂשֶׂכָ֑ר וְנָשִׂיא֙ לִבְנֵ֣י יִשָּׂשֶׂכָ֔ר נְתַנְאֵ֖ל בֶּן־צוּעָֽר׃

And those camping next to him were the tribe of Yissaskhar, and the prince of the sons of Yissaskhar was Netan’el, son of Tzuʿar.
