Numbers 24:23

וַיִּשָּׂ֥א מְשָׁלֹ֖ו וַיֹּאמַ֑ר אֹ֕וי מִ֥י יִחְיֶ֖ה מִשֻּׂמֹ֥ו אֵֽל׃

And he lifted up his oracle and said, “Woe! Who shall live when God appoints this?
