Numbers 29:11

שְׂעִיר־עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֖ד חַטָּ֑את מִלְּבַ֞ד חַטַּ֤את הַכִּפֻּרִים֙ וְעֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃

One male goat as a sin offering, besides the sin offering of atonement, the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and their drink offerings.
