Numbers 29:25

וּשְׂעִיר־עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֖ד חַטָּ֑את מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד מִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ ס

And one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.
