Numbers 31:4

אֶ֚לֶף לַמַּטֶּ֔ה אֶ֖לֶף לַמַּטֶּ֑ה לְכֹל֙ מַטֹּ֣ות יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל תִּשְׁלְח֖וּ לַצָּבָֽא׃

A thousand from each tribe, a thousand from each tribe, from all the tribes of Yisraʾel you shall send to the army.
