Numbers 33:14

וַיִּסְע֖וּ מֵאָל֑וּשׁ וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙ בִּרְפִידִ֔ם וְלֹא־הָ֨יָה שָׁ֥ם מַ֛יִם לָעָ֖ם לִשְׁתֹּֽות׃

And they journeyed from Alush and camped at Refidim, but there was no water for the people to drink.
