Numbers 35:18

אֹ֡ו בִּכְלִ֣י עֵֽץ־יָד֩ אֲשֶׁר־יָמ֨וּת בֹּ֥ו הִכָּ֛הוּ וַיָּמֹ֖ת רֹצֵ֣חַֽ ה֑וּא מֹ֥ות יוּמַ֖ת הָרֹצֵֽחַ׃

Or with a hand-held wooden implement that could cause death he struck him and he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.
