Psalm 12:4 (Psalm 12:3)

יַכְרֵ֣ת יְ֭הוָה כָּל־שִׂפְתֵ֣י חֲלָקֹ֑ות לָ֝שֹׁ֗ון מְדַבֶּ֥רֶת גְּדֹלֹֽות׃

YHWH will cut off all lips of smoothness. A tongue speaking great things.
