Psalm 18:16 (Psalm 18:15)

וַיֵּ֤רָא֨וּ אֲפִ֥יקֵי מַ֗יִם וַֽיִּגָּלוּ֮ מֹוסְדֹ֪ות תֵּ֫בֵ֥ל מִגַּעֲרָ֣תְךָ֣ יְהוָ֑ה מִ֝נִּשְׁמַ֗ת ר֣וּחַ אַפֶּֽךָ׃

And channels of waters were seen, and foundations of the world were uncovered, from Your rebuke, YHWH, from the breath of the wind of Your nose.
