Psalm 18:39 (Psalm 18:38)

אֶ֭מְחָצֵם וְלֹא־יֻ֣כְלוּ ק֑וּם יִ֝פְּל֗וּ תַּ֣חַת רַגְלָֽי׃

I crush them, and they are not able to rise; they fall under my feet.
