Psalm 18:46 (Psalm 18:45)

בְּנֵי־נֵכָ֥ר יִבֹּ֑לוּ וְיַחְרְג֗וּ מִמִּסְגְּרֹותֵיהֶם׃

Sons of a foreigner fade away, and they come trembling from their strongholds.
