Psalm 18:48 (Psalm 18:47)

הָאֵ֗ל הַנֹּותֵ֣ן נְקָמֹ֣ות לִ֑י וַיַּדְבֵּ֖ר עַמִּ֣ים תַּחְתָּֽי׃

The God who gives vengeances to me, and He subdues peoples under me.
