Psalm 19:4 (Psalm 19:3)

אֵֽין־֭אֹמֶר וְאֵ֣ין דְּבָרִ֑ים בְּ֝לִ֗י נִשְׁמָ֥ע קֹולָֽם׃

There is no speech and there are no words; without being heard is their voice.
