Psalm 33:11

עֲצַ֣ת יְ֭הוָה לְעֹולָ֣ם תַּעֲמֹ֑ד מַחְשְׁבֹ֥ות לִ֝בֹּ֗ו לְדֹ֣ר וָדֹֽר׃

The counsel of YHWH stands forever; the plans of His heart are to generation and generation.
